This Memorial Day weekend, Soul Shine Paddleboard Yoga invites you to join the Weekend Paddle Party along the calm, flat waters of 30A’s Coastal Dune Lakes from Friday, May 23rd – Sunday, May 25th. Choose from a fun line-up of five events that promise to rejuvenate your body, mind and soul. Whether you want to try one event or all, everyone’s welcome (especially beginners). The event will feature fantastic fresh organic food by Raw ‘N Juicy, For The Health Of It and Roux 30A.

Friday, May 23, 4:30 – 7:30 PM: Intro to Paddling and Happy Hour Paddle

Kick off the holiday weekend by getting your paddle on! Learn to paddle or dramatically improve your technique, then enjoy a sunset beach party with delicious organic Happy Hour munchies, fabulous friends & spirits

$75 per person (includes all rental gear, instruction & organic food), or bring your own board ($40)

Experienced paddlers — bring your own board & beverage & come play! (Only $12 per person covers the awesome organic food!)

Saturday, May 24, 8:30 – 11:30 AM: Rise and Shine SUP Yoga

Light, fresh organic breakfast followed by a Standup Paddleboard Yoga class (it’s easier than you think!)

$75 per person (includes all rental gear, instruction & organic food), or bring your own board ($40)

Noon – 2:30 PM: Lunch and Learn – Food to Feel Fabulous

Featuring an organic, locally-sourced lunch catered by Roux 30A. Food affects everything from our moods, hormones, skin & hair, to our outlook on life… even our relationships! Learn what are the perfect foods specifically for YOU… to maintain optimal weight, turn back the biological clock, improve memory and brain function and more. Create your best looking & feeling body ever!

Sunday, May 25, 8:30 – 11:30 AM: Restorative SUP Yoga

Light, fresh organic breakfast followed by an easy, gentle paddle, then yin yoga postures and yoga therapy techniques that restore the body, mind and spirit as we float into bliss. Experience a guided meditation that heals & transforms… setting the stage for the most relaxing day at the beach ever.

$75 per person (includes all rental gear, instruction & organic food), or bring your own board ($40)

Noon – 1:30 PM: Sunday Fun-Day Brunch

A fabulous organic brunch with some really cool bonus surprises!
