Color Meets Coastline!
Color Meets Coastline!
Plaid Columns: Stars and Stripes - mixed media on wood Just when you thought 30A couldn’t get any more colorful, Plaid Columns arrives to make a bold artistic statement. From Thursday, October 9, through Sunday, October 12, the walls of Curate 30A in Rosemary Beach will come alive with Plaid Columns: A New Chapter, a solo exhibition debuting the artist’s latest mixed-media magic.
This marks the first official showcase since the artist’s move to the 30A community, and locals and visitors alike are in for a creative treat.
Known for their vibrant mash-up of photography, collage, and energetic strokes of color, Plaid Columns blurs the lines between structure and spontaneity.
Their new body of work captures the rhythm of both rural charm and urban geometry. Think coast meets city with a splash of visual poetry.
We are thrilled to welcome Plaid Columns to the 30A community and to host this exciting new exhibition,” said Gallery owner, Gary Handler. “This body of work captures imagery with a focus on how architecture and graphics add visual interest to rural and urban landscapes — a perfect reflection of life here on 30A.”
The gallery, a cornerstone of Rosemary Beach’s blossoming art scene, is the perfect backdrop for Columns’ bold voice and visual storytelling. Handler and his team have long been champions of contemporary creatives who spark connection and conversation, and this exhibition is no exception.
