Heritage Properties recently announced the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Saltaire, its new mixed-use development, on May 10, 2023, at 11:30 am. The ceremony will take place at 190 Moll Drive, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, 32459. The event will mark the start of construction on a $123.9 million venture, which will be spread over a 24.5-acre building site that Apartment Construction Specialist LLC will be constructing.
The high-end community will boast 256 stunning apartments, ranging from one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, all spread across multiple four-story, elevator-equipped buildings.
The community is NGBS green certified, with a full recycling center located right on the property.
In addition to the residences, Saltaire will offer more than 34,000 square feet of commercial space, which will comprise a grocery store, along with smaller businesses and amenities. The development, designed with the community in mind, will include a sizeable dog park, a public pedestrian trail that wraps around nearly three acres, and a resort-style pool. The community is within walking distance of Helen McCall Park, which features numerous ball fields, a splash pad, a soccer field, and a skate park. And for our biking enthusiasts, we have secure and covered parking for nearly 120 bikes, as well as a fully paved bike path that connects Saltaire to Ed Walline Regional Beach Access.
