Suzanne LeLoup-West has been chosen as the Artist of the Month for September, when her artwork will adorn the walls of the Coastal Branch Library in Santa Rosa Beach. 

Suzanne was born in Washington D.C. and has lived in New York, Ohio, California, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida. She now lives in the Ponce De Leon area with her husband, her rescue dog “Macy Gray” and her rescued “Cat Family”, Peachy, Jr. and Pumpkin.

“I am a self taught artist and have been painting since my teenage years,” said Suzanne. “I enjoy painting on most any surface and love to take old salvaged wood and transform it into something beautiful in a Folk Art style. I also paint nature inspired subjects on canvas in acrylic and refer to this as my ‘serious’ art.”
