The Baytowne Melt is located lakeside in the center of all the action.

A porch can be open-air when the weather permits or heated or cooled to keep customers comfortable year round.

Don’t be fooled though, this is not your grandma’s grilled cheese.

The menu features items such as the Smokin’ Turkey with jack cheese, bacon, avocado and a secret Albuquerque sauce and the Red, White and Blue with blue cheese infused brie, bacon, caramelized onion and balsamic reduction tomato. If you aren’t too adventurous, you can also get a Classic American Grilled Cheese or a Brown Bag Ham and Cheese, among many others.
