In all its simplistic and rustic splendor, the Boathouse is located just yards away from WaterColor‘s Lakehouse venue, and in close proximity to the resort’s idyllic Cerulean Park.

The Boathouse serves both as a venue for rentals of YOLO boards and canoes, for use on Western Lake, and as one of the venues of choice for private events ranging from wedding receptions to one of the artist venues for the annual 30A Songwriter’s Festival.

This entire lakefront area, encompassing The Boathouse is part of the resort’s WaterColor Marina Park, where you’ll also find an array of other events, from screenings for WaterColor’s MountainFilm on Tour – a popular film festival along 30A – to plays and musical events.
