Vivo Spa Salon announced some exciting news — they’ll be opening a brand new location, a spa like nothing else in the United States.
Owners Erin and Michael Jordan said the new 6,000-square-foot facility, located at The Hub, will be three stories and include both indoor and outdoor spaces. They plan to break ground this summer.
“The services and entire experience will be unique, just for 30A,” said Michael. “We were inspired from our travels in Instanbul, Rome and Peru. But there’s nothing else like it in the United States.”
Vivo Spa Salon in Rosemary Beach
The couple said they couldn’t reveal too many details, yet, but are really excited for people to start learning about their plans.
The big expansion comes on the heels of five successful years at their Rosemary Beach location, which will continue to offer all its great services in its hair and beauty salon and recently renovated and wonderfully relaxing upstairs spa.
This June, Erin and Michael are releasing their own product line, a longtime dream for the couple. Rosemary Revive-Mint combines Rosemary, Tea Tree, Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Lavender in a line of all-natural, chemical-and-sulfate-free shampoos, conditioners, body washes and shea butter lotions. The products will be available at The Rosemary Beach Inn in environmentally friendly pumps — instead of throw away containers — and Erin and Michael hope the concept will spread to other locations on 30A, as well.
Vivo Spa Salon is one of the biggest salons on 30A, and they stay busy year round, but especially during wedding season. Their hair and make-up artists have been featured in national magazines and on TV.
As if all that’s not enough, Erin and Michael fill spare moments helping the community, donating spa services for fundraisers and their own services for events, such as South Walton Fashion Week. “Anytime there is something we can do to help, we do it,” said Erin.

Erin, Michael and the entire Vivo Spa Salon team recently worked with 30A and photographer Sean Murphy on a large photo shoot project. While the results won’t be published until later this year, here are a few glimpses of Vivo’s gorgeous work:
