The St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE) announced that WaterColor Inn & Resort has received a Four-Star Rating from Forbes Travel Guide for the second year in a row. WaterColor Inn & Resort is part of St. Joe Club & Resorts and is one of only 20 hotels in Florida to earn the honor.

“We’re thrilled to receive this designation for a second time,” said Patrick Murphy, Vice President of Operations for The St. Joe Company. “While we are always honored with each award or accolade, the acclamation we value most is the satisfaction of guests. In response, the timing is right to build upon our success and expand our luxury vacation home management operations throughout the 30A region.”

Traditionally, St. Joe has only managed luxury homes and condominiums within its real estate developments of WaterColor and WaterSound Beach. But the company recently began offering management services to homeowners in other communities along Scenic Highway 30A. Homeowners who choose St. Joe Club & Resorts to manage their vacation home may become members of St. Joe Club & Resorts, which will provide them and their rental guests access to amenities and benefits not offered by any other vacation rental company.

For example, Murphy said that registered guests and the owners of St. Joe-managed vacation homes will enjoy access to Camp Creek Golf Club, the Beach Club at WaterSound, Shark’s Tooth Golf Club as well as other facilities during their vacations.
