Fall’s rolling in, and that means it’s time to kick back and celebrate the season at the annual Watersound Origins Porchfest, happening Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the scenic Watersound Origins community.

This fan-favorite, FREE community event brings families, friends, and music lovers together for an unforgettable afternoon filled with live performances, lawn lounging, and delicious eats, all set against the picturesque backdrop of one of South Walton’s most charming neighborhoods.

Front porches and green lawns will once again be transformed into intimate concert stages as music fills the streets.

This year’s star-studded lineup features Nate Kelly, Sammi Accola, the Gage Cowart Band, Casi Joy, and headlining the 30A Songwriters Festival Stage, The Caitlin Cannon Band.
