Waterworks Exhibit Opens April 1

The Cultural Arts Alliance is proud to present ‘Waterworks’ – an exhibit of recent watercolor paintings by its member artists.

Artwork by 18 talented and award-winning artists will be on display, including Joanna Ellington, Betty Pinkston, Russell R Ferris, Betty Cork, Susan Alfieri, Cheryl Gray, Joey McKenna, Theresia McInnis, Shelley Blackmarr, Nancy Williams, Suzanne LeLoup-West, Sharon Long, Dolly Vari, Jacques Camp, Carol Dickson, Melanie Moore, Sue Carol Knight, and Joan Vienot.



The exhibit will be at the Bayou Arts Center from April 1 to June 1, 2016.

A+Art Committee show coordinators Melissa Brown and Joan Vienot promise that this show will delight and entertain with fearless interpretations ranging from intimate local impressions to vibrant non-objective works.

“This will be an exquisite show of artworks in watercolor,“ said Joan Vienot. “All of our A+Art shows provide amazing examples of the award-winning talent of our CAA-member-artists and this show is no exception.”

Waterworks will open with a public reception from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on April 1, 2016, at the Bayou Arts Center.
