Night One: Bourbon Tasting & Five-Course Dinner with Officer Tatum

Spend an intimate evening with Brandon Tatum while enjoying a five-course dinner expertly paired with Verdict Bourbon cocktails.

Throughout the evening, guests will learn more about the inspiration behind Verdict Bourbon and the story of how Brandon brought the brand to life. Each course will be accompanied by a thoughtfully crafted bourbon pairing designed by the Florida Fish House beverage team.

The Indictment
A spirit-forward combination of Verdict Bourbon and Amaro Nonino. Fresh-pressed apple juice adds a refreshing touch of fruit to a cocktail that still carries a sting.
Voir Dire
A savory, smash-style cocktail featuring Verdict Bourbon, roasted beet juice, fresh lemon and orange juices, and basil for an herbaceous layer of complexity.
The Objection
Our not-so-old-fashioned. Brown butter fat-washed Not Guilty Bourbon is blended with Grade A maple syrup and bitters for a rich, savory and subtly nutty finish.
Sustained
A Manhattan-style cocktail with a twist. Guilty Bourbon is paired with Borghetti espresso liqueur and Amaro Averna for added depth and richness.
Not Guilty
Enjoy Not Guilty Bourbon neat alongside bread pudding and ice cream, or create an affogato-style dessert by pouring it directly over the top.
