Let the good times roll on the water this Fat Tuesday with a Mardi Gras celebration on the SOLARIS yacht on February 17 from 7-10 p.m. The festive evening includes a three-hour cruise with authentic Cajun food, hurricanes and live entertainment by the CrawDadz.
Guests will be greeted with a Hurricane to toast with as they embark on the 125-foot SOLARIS yacht. The ‘Lundi Gras’ appetizer features a Muffuletta Pasta Salad paired with French bread and infused oil. ‘Bouef Gras’ entrée choices include Louisiana Red Beans and Rice with pecan-smoked Andouille sausage, Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya or Blackened Gulf Fish. The “Doubloom” dessert is a signature SOLARIS King Cake – whoever finds the hidden plastic baby wins a dinner cruise for two.

While indulging in this three-course Cajun feast, patrons will enjoy live music by the CrawDadz. This popular band will have all three decks of the SOLARIS infused with energetic music that will keep the dance floors packed and ensure a memorable celebration on the water.
“Many of our staff members are from Louisiana so we know how to put on a true Mardi Gras celebration with an Emerald Coast twist,” stated James Murray, General Manager for SOLARIS.
The cruise is priced at $45.50 per carnival guest; reservations are required.
