Docked at Sandestin’s Baytowne Marina in South Walton Florida, the SOLARIS yacht celebrates Easter in true Emerald-Coast style with a Lunch Cruise suitable for all ages.
SunQuest Cruises’ SOLARIS is a luxurious 125-foot yacht offering three decks of indoor and outdoor fun. The SOLARIS’s annual cruise events, such as the Easter Lunch Cruise, have evolved into time-honored family traditions in South Walton as guests embark on a relaxing day filled with life-long memories.
After taking in the warm coastal breezes and panoramic views from the sky deck, guests will indulge in a three-course meal that begins with a gourmet Baby Spinach and Mushroom salad with a warm Bacon Vinaigrette topped with a Deviled Egg. Entrée choices from the SOLARIS chefs include Beef Croustades (tender slices of filet mignon and portabellas inside a puff pastry), Southern Shrimp & Grits, Chicken Cordon Bleu and Vegetable Lasagna. The meal ends with Peter Cottontail’s Carrot Cake. A children’s menu includes chicken tenders, macaroni & cheese and chef’s vegetables.
The SOLARIS Easter Lunch Cruise boards at 12:15 p.m. with the cruise from1 – 3 p.m.The cost, including a two-hour cruise and three-course meal, is $58 for adults and $35 for children.
