At Coastal Library learn Tai Chi. Improve your balance, reduce your risk of falling. This 8-week class starts Monday, February 23rd and finishes Wednesday, April 15th. Classes are open to seniors of all levels of experience. (ages 60+) Contact Jennifer at 850-669-0579 or [email protected] to register.
