Writer’s Group

Description

Writers of all levels are welcome! Meet on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 10:00 AM to noon. Share your work, offer feedback, learn new tips, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow writers.

Writing Prompts:

• Sep 19 – What was the strangest thing you’ve ever seen in public?
• Oct 3 – Detail the life of the person who inspires you the most.
• Oct 17 – Imagine what would happen if you woke up one morning unable to see, speak, or hear.
• Nov 7 – Think about what you are most proud of. Follow the story of how you got to that point.
• Nov 21 – By way of a lottery system, the king or queen chooses you to be his queen or her king.
• Dec 5 – Use five points of view to describe one situation.
• Dec 19 – Describe the life of a struggling author attempting to make it “big”.
• Jan 2, 2027 – Tell the story of one woman on a mission to find her lost biological daughter.
• Jan 16 – You get one chance to talk to any person in the world. Who do you choose?
