4. Sunny Beach

This three-story recently renovated beach home can sleep up to 16 guests and includes a fully stocked kitchen, arcade games, and wrap-around decks. As part of the Villages of Crystal Beach Resort, Sunny Beach gives guests access to the resort’s lush, Tahitian-style lagoon pool, which features waterfalls, a tiki bar and a neighboring hot tub. 

Seasonally, there is a free beach shuttle service (trolley) offered to guests. 

5. Henderson Beach Villa: Six on the Beach

Sleeps 16 – 6 Bedrooms – 5 Bathrooms – No Pets Allowed

This townhome is beachfront with a private beach. It also includes a private rooftop pool, complete with a soaking tub, private balconies on each floor, and even a private movie theater. Six on the Beach is within walking distance of top-rated restaurants, like Camilles and the Beachwalk Cafe. 

This property sleeps 16 and includes five bathrooms. It is not pet-friendly but does include free beach service, which consists of two beach chairs and an umbrella.

6. Bohemian Beach Retreat

This unique villa is ideally suited for groups as it will sleep up to 16 individuals and offers 3,140 square feet of space. Previous guests noted the pleasant three-minute stroll to the beach and pool with a sun shelf as selling points. The house, which is part of Destin’s vacation district, includes six bedrooms and six bathrooms and there is a king bed in every adult room. 

This is a pet-friendly property (with prior approval and for a fee) and is located near Henderson State Park. There is even a Bocce set with a brand-new sand bocce court. 

7. Eternal Summer

Sleeps 10 – 3 Bedrooms – 2 Bathrooms – No Pets Allowed

This property represents something that nearly all guests wish could be a reality; eternal summer. This home is smaller, but can still sleep up to 10 individuals. It includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is not pet-friendly. This property was recently renovated and is within walking distance of the beach. 

Eternal Summer is also a mere one block from Tarpon Beach, which is a well-reviewed local attraction. Features like a large front porch, relaxing back porch, and being two miles from Destin Commons are additional selling points. 

8. Heart and Sol

This home sleeps 12 and includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is not pet-friendly but has been positively reviewed for its white picket fence, screened-in porch— complete with grilling space, vaulted ceilings and even jetted tubs. This beach abode includes two floors and is a short walk to Camille’s. 

There is a neighborhood pool mere steps away and Destin Commons (including 75 shops and restaurants) is 0.5 miles away. Heart and Sol is located near six miles of paved trails which are ideal for either walking or biking. Henderson State Park is an unspoiled and pretty area that is also located just down the road. Heart and Sole is a mere 300 yards to the beach and is situated near many shopping areas and nearby restaurants.
