Remember Fermentations? The wine bar in Seaside where all the locals hung out? Chef Joyce of 45 Central was one of the proud owners of Fermentations, which was in Seaside from 1997 to 2005.

Now, her plans to throw a reunion party have come together thanks to Chef Jim Shirley.

The party is on February 21, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., and will feature Chef Joyce’s famous hors d’oeuvres from back then.

If you wear or bring something that has the Fermentations logo, you will get a free glass of wine.
