Hunks and their hounds made the rounds through the crowd at their 2015 calendar release party last night at The Bay.

The Hunks and Hounds calendar stars some of the area’s hottest men alongside man’s best friends, many rescued from Alaqua Animal Refuge, which will receive all of the proceeds from sales. Pick up your copy of the calendar and check out more photos from the shoots at hunksandhounds.com.

We pulled aside some of the models, the photographer Dawn Chapman Whitty and event organizers to get the inside scoop on the calendar’s much-anticipated release.

Jill Tanner from Alaqua Animal Refuge helped organize the benefit. So many local businesses and volunteers donated to the effort that 100 percent of the proceeds from sales will go to the rescue shelter located in Freeport, Florida.
