The 30A-List: The Songwriters Festival Special!

We’ve got the music this weekend! The 10th Annual 30A Songwriters Festival is in town, January 18-21, 2019. With 225 performances scheduled across 25 venues, over 175 diverse artists will keep 30A buzzing with music.

Here are just a few of the great music events happening this weekend.

1. Scott Rockwood & Roberto Padron: Thursday, January 17th, 6 – 9 p.m.

Scott Rockwood and Roberto Padron raise the roof with their energetic music that encompasses genres such as bluegrass, funk, rock, country, jazz and blues!



Where: The Perfect Pig – Gulf Place, 7 Town Center Loop, Unit C11, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32549

2. Yacht Rock Revue: Thursday, January 17th, 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.

Head to Alys Beach for the kick-off to the 30A Songwriters Festival, featuring a performance by Yacht Rock Revue. Tickets are $40, food and beverages will also be available for purchase.

3. After-Dinner Party w/ The Sundogs: Thursday, January 17th, 10 p.m.

Join the artists, locals and festival attendees for a kickoff party featuring The Sundogs and The Haraway Brothers.

4. Various Artists: Friday, January 18th, 12 – 3 p.m.

We can’t think of a better way to spend Friday afternoon than catching the stellar line-up comprising Goodnight Texas (12 p.m.), Jesse Terry ( 1 p.m.), Lucy Dacus (2 p.m.) & Heather Lynne Horton (3 p.m.) at WaterColor!

5. Kristy Lee & Caroline Spence: Friday, January 18th, 6 – 7 p.m.

The ladies are all set to take the stage by storm at the ever buzzing Shunk Gulley!

 Where: The Gulley Amphitheater, 45 Laura Hamilton Boulevard, Gulf Place, Florida

6. Jason Isbell: Saturday, January 19th, 3 – 4:30 p.m.

The star of the event, headliner Jason Isbell, will showcase his unique music that stems from his authenticity, his intellect and his rootedness in both tradition and modernity.

Abe Partridge

7.  Abe Partridge & Tom Gray: Saturday, January 19th, 7:30 p.m.

Enjoy a passionate performance by Abe Partridge whose deep appreciation for the blues, rock, and folk elements reflects in his music.

8. Tommy Womack & Michael Tolcher: Saturday, January 19th, 8:30 – 9:30pm

The winning combo of Tommy Womack & Michael Tolcher AND the view – simply irresistible!

Where: The patio at The Bay, 24215 S Hwy 331, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459



Brandi Carlile

9. Brandi Carlile: Sunday, January 20th, 3 – 4:30 p.m.

Another can’t-miss act – this time by American folk rock and Americana singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile. Her music spans various genres including including pop, rock, alternative country, and folk.

10. Courtyard Saints: Sunday, January 20th, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm:

The Courtyard Saints take the stage at 11 AM just after Dan Rodriguez and just before Wesley Cook & Bobby Houck (of the Blue Dogs).
