At Love 2 Run, we are driven by a deep passion to serve our military community and keep them safe and healthy, all while helping them excel in their fitness journey. Our story began with a shared love for running, inspired by my husband, Scott Wiley, a retired USAF reservist. His experiences with the military and his dedication to supporting those who serve led us to discover a significant need in our area: adequately fitted, high-performance shoes that could help military men and women pass their PT tests and avoid injuries.

Before we opened our business, we noticed that many service members were purchasing shoes based on color and/ or price, without realizing the crucial technology that goes into a properly designed running shoe. This often led to preventable injuries, including some serious ones, and we knew we could make a difference.

The idea for Love 2 Run was sparked by a visit to a similar business model in Biloxi, Mississippi, where Scott immediately recognized the potential to bring this concept to life here, near Fort Novosel. We wanted to provide the right shoes with the right support for those who serve and protect our country.

However, our journey wasn’t without challenges. Staying on top of ever-evolving shoe technology was a constant task, and as demand grew, we quickly outgrew our spaces. Despite these challenges, our passion for serving our military community kept us moving forward. The ultimate goal of Love 2 Run has always been simple: to provide our customers with shoes that keep them safe, healthy, and able to perform at their best ability.
