WaterSound Communities Continue to Grow in Amenities and Popularity

Developed by the St. Joe Company, WaterSound collectively encompasses four distinct residential and commercial communities on the eastern end of Florida’s Scenic Highway 30A, stretching from the shores of Lake Powell to Seagrove, Florida, with amenities and private club benefits that redefine luxurious living.

WaterSound Beach and WaterSound West Beach are two gated communities located directly on Scenic 30A, while WaterSound Camp Creek and WaterSound Origins are located off of South WaterSound Parkway and U.S. Highway 98.

Nestled in the center of Origins is the Origins Golf Course, a Par 3 short course that’s particularly ideal for novices and families. A new game called FootGolf (think soccer meets golf) can also be played on the Origins course.

To better serve the rapidly growing number of WaterSound homeowners and its surrounding communities, St. Joe is constructing a Town Center directly on Highway 98, at the entrance to Watersound Origins. This commercial expanse will soon feature a Publix grocery store, medical offices, dining options, and a year-round farmers market, among other public spaces.
