Brad Reese Tells Us Where to Hang, Play and Adventure on 30A

In this edition of 30A Q&A, we sat down with Brad Reese of The Walton Group – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida to find out some of his favorite tips to experience 30A like a local.

1. What’s your favorite way to stay fit on 30A? 

Setting up volleyball nets in Grayton Beach (shoutout Steve, Nick, and Kristy)! Or playing volleyball in Point Washington at our friends’ house who built courts in her backyard. Shoutout Dawn! 

2. Where do you go when you need some quality me-time?

I explore the Grayton Beach trails with my dogs or take the boat out fishing on the bay. I also LOVE the state parks and trail systems here in South Walton. It’s magical.

I can’t imagine living in a more visually stunning place. I’m consistently in awe.

5. What’s something you’re looking forward to?

I started “The Walton Group” with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida this year. It’s already off to a fast start, and I’m excited to continue to grow my business and to serve the real estate community.

Grayton Beach is hands down my favorite place to spend time. I love the beach and lake access, and the state parks and trail systems. Roux 30A, Borago, and Red Bar are some of my favorite restaurants in Grayton Beach.
