In Blue Mountain Beach, For the Health of It is a one-stop-shop for inner and outer wellness. Located in WaterColor, Wine World offers a carefully curated selection of wines by the bottle, gourmet cheese, beer, cigars, gifts, and accessories. Larger Wine World branches can be found in Destin and Grand Boulevard, which also sell spirits. The WaterColor Wine World is attached to The Wine Bar, a restaurant serving chef-inspired entrees alongside an extensive, ever-changing wine list.
This Seaside staple has a little bit of everything, making it the perfect place to pick up a quick bite or stock your kitchen during your stay on 30A. The gourmet specialty store continues to be owned and run by the Modica family. Here, you’ll find homemade soups, sandwiches, Southern specialties, and cakes, plus wine, craft beer, and artisanal products like cheese and ice cream.

Family-owned and operated, Shrimpers is a full-service seafood market that’s been around since 1997. Here, you’ll find local, fresh-caught fish, shrimp, scallops, oysters, lobster, clams, and mussels. They also sell homemade soups, dips, salads, and key lime pie.
Whether you’re looking for fresh fish to cook at home or prepared food that’s ready to eat, Buddy’s has you covered. A retail seafood market and takeout steam bar, Buddy’s steams and seasons wild-caught Florida shrimp to order. Market offerings include wild-caught Florida shrimp, grouper, snapper, mahi-mahi, and yellowfin tuna.
“Nothing fancy, just the way you want it,” sums up Goatfeathers, a collection of seafood markets and restaurants that’s been around since 1988. Their newest outpost at 30Avenue sells fresh-caught fare and prepared dishes that can be enjoyed at the cafe. The Seafood Market in Santa Rosa Beach sells a variety of fresh fish and everything you need to complete the meal: seasoning, condiments, citrus, and vegetables.
