On Friday, August 23, the Jeff Gather Band will be rocking the stage at Down Island Gulf Seafood Restaurant in Santa Rosa Beach. The late-night music kicks off at 10:00 PM and goes until 1:00 AM, with the kitchen serving up delicious food until midnight. It’s part of their August Late Night Music lineup, so come out for great tunes, tasty bites, and good vibes! The restaurant closes at 2:00 AM, so make a night of it!

6. Puppy Yoga and Brunch: National Dog Day at Hotel Effie
Start your National Dog Day celebrations early with Puppy Yoga at Hotel Effie on Saturday, August 24, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Led by a local Lululemon yoga ambassador, this event will take place on the Grand Lawn and is followed by brunch at Ovide. Meet Simba, Hotel Effie’s Director of Pet Services and an Alaqua Animal Services adoptee, before and after the session. All proceeds benefit Alaqua Animal Services, and the puppies participating in the yoga will be available for adoption! Tickets are $50, including the yoga session, brunch, and a mimosa.
