Take a seat, unwind, and savor live performances at the Baytowne Wednesday Night Concert Series. This series will showcase a diverse range of local and regional artists. This week’s concert by Below Alabama kicks off at 7 p.m. on the Events Plaza Stage.

Professor Nother doubts Shakespeare’s authorship, and that’s when Will Shakespeare himself arrives to defend his legacy. Get to know the Bard, hear about his family, life on tour, and the Globe Theatre’s glory days. Meet Queen Elizabeth I, Christopher Marlowe, and Ned Alleyn in this interactive event with Shakespeare’s greatest hits, sonnets, and songs. No fourth wall here – we’re all in this together! The 9th annual Big Green EggFest Cooking Competition is back at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach on Oct. 14. This event celebrates the mouthwatering creations cooked on the Big Green Egg and supports Fisher House of the Emerald Coast and Food For Thought. Attendees can enjoy unlimited bites, cast their votes, groove to live music, grab a drink at the cash bar, and even have a chance to win a Mini-Max Big Green Egg. 8. Fashion for a cause!

Caring & Sharing of South Walton’s Third Annual Fall Fashion Show and Luncheon, presented by Emerald Coast Hospice, takes place on October 15th at Monet Monet’s gardens in Grayton Beach from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. The event features a fashion show with thrift store donations, available for purchase in a pop-up boutique. Guests will enjoy a seated lunch, complimentary drink, cash bar, photo booth, DJ, and a silent auction. Proceeds support the organization’s mission to provide assistance to those in need. Tickets are $65 and available at the Caring & Sharing Thrift Store. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
