1. Paella with a panhandle twist!
Chef Joyce, renowned for her signature dish, serves up her paella magic at North Beach Social and Farm & Fire on Wednesdays, and at The Chicken Shack in Seaside on Thursdays. Starting at 6 p.m., you can place your orders, with the paella being ready by around 7 p.m. This recipe, perfected over the years, was inspired by her time in Spain and has been given a unique panhandle twist. The inclusion of chorizo, instead of the usual sausage, gives it that extra spicy punch. So, brace yourself for a flavorful ride! At North Beach Social, place your order at the counter, get a ticket, and collect your paella when it’s ready. Meanwhile, at Farm & Fire, you can order directly from your table or the bar, and have it served right to you.
