Halloween on 30A 2026: Boos by the Beach!

Halloween weekend is bringing plenty of tricks, treats, and spooky surprises to 30A! From pumpkin carving to pup costume contests, haunted hangouts, live music, and fireworks, the Emerald Coast is pulling out all the stops for a frightfully fun celebration.

Here’s where to get your Halloween fix at the beach:

1. Witches Take Flight for a Spellbinding Cause

The witches of South Walton are back for their 23rd Founders Ride on Friday, October 30, taking off from Gulf Place for a morning of costumed cycling in support of the Children’s Volunteer Health Network! Expect decorated bikes, wickedly creative costumes, cackle competitions, raffles, and plenty of Halloween magic, all for a great cause.

2. Pumpkins, Costumes & Prizes at Scratch Biscuit Kitchen

Get into the Halloween spirit at Scratch Biscuit Kitchen in WaterColor on Friday, October 30, at 12 p.m. with pumpkin carving, a costume contest for kids, adults, and pets, and prizes for “Best in Show!” Pumpkins are provided, but be sure to reserve your spot by October 27 at ScratchBK@stjoe.com.
