This week, it’s all about freedom! And the freedom to have fun is certainly part of that, isn’t it? There are parades and live music just about everywhere starting today and lasting through the weekend. We’ve focused the 30A-list on the Independence Day festivities but check out our full event calendar for all the venues with live music, live theatre, free movies and so much more this holiday weekend.

1. 8th Annual Easy on 30A Concert: Wednesday, July 3rd, 5:45 – 10:00 p.m.

Get ready to be entertained by Geoff McBride, Rob Romans and Aftermath at this annual concert that benefits local charities. Learn more here.

2. 4th of July Celebration: Thursday, July 4th, 7:30 a.m.

Start bright and early, throw on your best red, white and blue tees, and head over to Rosemary Beach for the Bike Decoration Contest & breakfast followed by the Bike Parade throughout the Town Center. Don’t miss the live music on Western Green!

3. All-day Fourth of July Celebrations: Thursday, July 4th, 8 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.

AJ’s will have a stilt walker and FREE hotdogs for parade watchers from 8-10 a.m. Be a part of the festive fun!

4. South Walton Independence Day Parade: Thursday, July 4th, 8 a.m.

Join your friends and neighbors for the annual July 4th Parade down Scenic Highway 30-A and concluding in Seaside with even more fun! Off-site parking and shuttles into Seaside are available on July 4th from 5:00am until midnight at the Walton County parking lot in Grayton Beach at Highway 283.

5. 4th of July Parade: Thursday, July 4th, 8:30 a.m.

Decorate your bikes, golf carts, cars, jeeps, boats, scooters, etc. and take part in the parade. Parade line up starts at 8 a.m. at Holtz Ave next to Red Bar. Everyone is welcome! Afterwards, enjoy watermelon and lemonade at Grayton Coast Properties.

6. 4th of July Concert by Sister Hazel & Fireworks Show: Thursday, July 4th, 
5:30 p.m.

Enjoy a patriotic concert led by Sister Hazel with music starting at 5:30 p.m. and concluding at 8:30 p.m., with a Fireworks Show over the Gulf of Mexico!

7. 4th of July Concert w/ Rhythm Nation: Thursday, July 4th, 6 – 9 p.m.

Keep the patriotic fervor going! Attend a live music concert by Rhythm Nation. Fireworks show to follow. Food and drink will be available for purchase.

8. Red, White and Baytowne: Thursday, July 4th, 6 – 10 p.m.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf will have a host of kids activities, including kids’ crafts, face painting, and balloon sculpting. Live music will be performed from 6-9 p.m. The sky will then light up over the lagoon with the 4th of July Fireworks Celebration at 9:15 p.m.

9. 4th of July BBQ: Thursday, July 4th, 6 – 9 p.m.

Enjoy delicious barbeque favorites, live entertainment, face painting, bounce house and much more, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display over the Choctawhatchee Bay. Get your tickets here.

10. Warbirds Flyover & Fireworks Show: Thursday, July 4th, 7:30 p.m.

To commemorate this special day, guests can enjoy Warbirds Flyover at 7:30pm followed by Fireworks over the Gulf of Mexico at 9 p.m.
