From the anticipation of the 12th anniversary of the 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day races to various festive gatherings, including brunch with Santa and the magical ‘Turn On The Town’ holiday celebration, there’s a vibrant spirit in the air.
1. 30A Race Packet Pickup: Get Ready for the Thanksgiving Day Run!
The 12th anniversary of the 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day races is set for November 23, 2023, promising the largest and most exciting event yet with a 10K, 5K, and 1-mile race. Participants can enjoy in-person festivities, special surprises, and a celebratory atmosphere. Parking is available at The Big Chill and along 30A, but is limited, so carpooling is advised. Peak parking hours to avoid are between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. There will be no race day registration or packet pickup; all packets must be collected on the preceding Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at The Big Chill.

Join us this fall for the 12th anniversary of the celebrated 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day races on November 23, 2023. Anticipated to be the most spectacular event yet, it will feature the usual in-person excitement and some unique surprises in celebration of this special occasion. Race Schedule:
The 10K race will commence at 7:30 a.m.
The 1-mile fun run will follow at 7:35 a.m.
The 5K race is set to start at 9:30 a.m.

8. Turn On The Town: Seaside’s Magical Holiday Celebration
Celebrate the start of the holiday season at SEASIDE®’s “Turn On The Town” event on Saturday, November 25. The festivities commence with a beloved holiday parade at 2 PM, featuring Santa parading down 30A, and a special performance by The REP. The highlight of the evening is Santa leading the countdown to the grand tree and town lighting, followed by free photos with Santa, caroling, face-painting, and various holiday activities for guests of all ages.
